I have been a member for 13 years, customer service is at an all time low and they are in dire need of technology updates.

Have had accounts with TMTFCU for over 15 years. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always try to accommodate the customer. I recommend them to anyone looking for a local bank that is willing to work with the customer and not just your account balance!

The woman in charge of the Winsted branch came out of the back room and insulted me in front of her employees. I have been a customer for 7 years and have had 3 car loans with them. She was claiming that I owe them hundreds of dollars in fees if I wished to continue to do business there. This was in front of other people I should add.

Got my first auto loan with them and they made the process great explaining everything to me. Despite being busy that day, they spent the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood my loan terms.

They hold my money, direct deposit, until almost noon every time. I hate having to call to beg so someone will hit a few keys so I can get my hard earned money. It's almost 7, my baby needs formula, and they're not picking up their phones.

attitude about fraud is atrocious. could not tell me which card was used in the fraud, then told me i had to write a letter to the company my card was used at, get a letter back from the company, and then they will do something about it. put your money elsewhere.
