Outstanding service by Top One Mortgage. Special thanks to Michelle and Jenna for finalizing my loans in just 3 weeks. I had two properties in escrow with 45 days closing, my original lender did not perform and neglected my loans, the lender did not even order property appraisals nor lock my rate by the week of escrow closing, so I had to ask sellers for extension and move the loans to Top one Mortgage. However, Top one only had 3 weeks to work on my loans. Michelle and Jenna were very professional and on top of my case, and they were able process my loans to meet closing deadlines. Danny Tran in particular made it easy to make sure we were very prepared to be approved and fully prepared for closing. Closing went off without any issues and Top One One worked very diligently to close very quickly which was a requirement of the seller. He even helped us after closing by putting us in touch with the company who acquired our mortgage and reminding us to get our automatic withdrawals setup.
