It is important as a so called “business “ that when dealing with customers, you do not have a nonchalant attitude about a customers purchase. NEVER have I been to a store, told that I would be called when a transaction is completed, just to come back on my own a week later, just to be told I still have to wait because their “still checking the system “!!!!! My first and definitely LAST time coming to this chain of stores.

Very run and professional. I purchased a gun there and needed assistance because my gun was Stolen. I did not receive any help and the managers attitude was horrible.

This is a joke of a Pawn Shop. And it should be called Low Dollar Pawn Shop. Cause they don't give you fair value for your pawnable items. I took a solid 10k gold and diamond ring in that is valued and appraised for over 3,000.00 And this dumb, fat, black girl up there gone tell me, she can only pay me for the weight of the gold, which she say is ( $170.00 ). She didn't even look at the diamonds. I'm like, what you want me to take the diamonds out then. No sir, you can't do that! I then went to Cash American Pawn and got a real good offer, cause they checked everything and even counted all the diamonds. Needless to stay Top Dollar Pawn just lost all of my business . I'd give this place a -10 stars if I could!!

This place have the cheap items that are still in good shape! I recommend you testing the items before you buy them tho.

The guy I'm thinking was the manager very easygoing made me comfortable gave me enough time to browse around without rushing or intimidated me in any type of way answered every question that I had perfectly hit it right on the nail

These ppl are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was my first time there and I loved it.

Two ladies working there don't know what the he'll costumer service is or how you are suppose to greet costumers ask them if they need help. They just stood there starred at my facell for 45 Mims then tell me it's will be a while before I can even ask her a question. Yall need to do better. I will never tell anyone to go there. Never!

I went in to sale some gold only 2 people working in stood in line 29 mins and wasn't even acknowledge as a customer so I left. I will not go back to this place.
