The team at Tony Divino makes car buying a smooth and easy process. I placed an order for a 2022 Tacoma back in the Fall and had nothing but the best possible experience from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Conor Jameson and Bobby West for all of their help working through my order, finding me a match to my build sheet, and handling all the small requests I had along the way. These two are seriously the best. Please hit either of them up for inquiries about your next Toyota. Also a big thank you to Mike Burns, the finance manager, for keeping things simple and clear in the finance office. It took us less than an hour to finalize all the paperwork and get the keys to drive off the lot. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. Fernando was great to work with! He was responsive and has a no hassle approach. Tony Divino isn't charging the "market adjustment" fee of 2-5k that several other dealers are. There dealer doc fees is one if the cheapest. I wasn't pressured to buy extras or warranties. It didn't feel like a typical dealer experience. No pressure. Also, my runner is crazy beautiful! If you're a Costco member, you can get a discount!

Tyler was our salesman, he was absolutely amazing. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Tyler also set us up with Brad to get our financing done, he was great. We will not buy a car from anywhere else. Hopefully The dealership uses these two guys as an example of how to do business. If they do they will have many customers for life.

Fernando was great. He was upfront and honest about the ordering process. Hats off to Tony Davino Toyota for not taking advantage of the lack of inventory during the Covid crisis; Davino Toyota sold my hard-to-find 4Runner for MSRP (unlike many other dealers). The process was quick and low pressure.

I wanted to give a shout out to Dan Reynolds at Tony Divino. He provided me STELLAR customer service over a week, even on his day off. He made buying a car as stress free as possible. After purchasing the car, he spent an hour with me reviewing all the tech specs, how each one worked, without me asking him to do that. We worked with Bobby West on this purchase. We reached out on a Wednesday afternoon and our intention was to build a '22 TRD Pro 4 Runner with a 8-12 month window. Bobby replied on his day off, immediately. Within hours of our initial contact he received word a purchase fell thru and we set up a time the next day. Went from 12 months to 12 hours! Easy purchase and we were in an out the next morning within 2 hours.

We just barely picked up our Toyota Highlander after getting a new hybrid battery put in. My husband drove it home and when I got home he showed me the back and I was really disappointed. We keep our car fairly clean and there was dirt and junk everywhere. I would have assumed that after paying $6,500 bucks for service they could at least take 10-15 minutes to clean up after themselves. My husband is a quiet man, but if I had seen it at the dealership I would have said something on the spot. The only reason for 2 stars is the girl who rung me up was really nice.
Jamey, you are 100% correct, we should have never left a mess that we created, in your Highlander even if the service had been free. Worked with Greg from sales. There wasn’t much stock, given the shortages going in. One vehicle (of the 3 new ones on the lot) spoke to me. Greg was very helpful to get me a fair price for my trade, and a price that was right for me. He did great, and will work with him in the future! On the finance side, Chris went above and beyond with getting me the lowest rate possible! Everyone had me close to 7 percent, but he was able to get me way lower without having to put more money down! Will also work with him again!!!

I have been to many car dealerships in this area that seem to just take advantage or are just pushy and not easy to deal with. Let me begin by saying how easy and stress free this experience was for me. There was no pushing or long waiting.. no stress, no anxiety. I felt at ease through the whole process. My wife and I walked into this Toyota dealership today to look at a new Highlander. We were told immediately that if a car is locked that is was sold. I thought it was very odd to have sold cars inside the dealership that you can't view to get out of the freezing cold but whatever. We proceeded to walk around where we found an UNLOCKED Highlander. We proceeded to sit in the vehicle and look at it as a normal customer would. After about 5 minutes an extremely rude salesperson with an obvious lack of social skills came over and scolded us telling us that the vehicle was sold. It was a very uncomfortable confrontation. We proceeded to leave because I would never buy a vehicle from an establishment with that type of people. I have been a Toyota owner for 25 years, we were honestly caught off guard by the rudeness. With that said we drove over to Ken Garff Honda, where we were treated with complete kindness and welcoming. We put $500 down on a brand new Honda Pilot and will be purchasing our very first Honda with more in the future. How you treat people matters.
We absolutely agree that there was no reason for you to be treated rudely and we really hope you can accept our apology for his/her rudeness. 95% of our new Toyotas are sold before they reach our doors and the Sales people are very protective of there customers vehicle while it's in our custody but that is no excuse for rudeness. Ed Evans was my sales person and was quite helpful in getting my Tacoma lease squared away. I have a really restrictive schedule, but he always worked with me. He even kept the store open a little late for me so that I could pick it up after my workday. Even though there is a dealership about 5 minutes away, I would much rather drive 30 minutes because of the service. Thanks! See you all again soonish!

The buying experience was fantastic. The service was a nightmare. I have a 2021 Rav4. I had a squeaky passenger seat. I took it up to the service department 2 times, they said they didn't have enough hands to evaluate where the noise was coming from and asked me to bring it up a 3rd time during the week when they would have more techs, so I did. I came in on my scheduled time of 10am. At around 5pm, they still couldn't figure out the noise and wanted to keep the vehicle over night. They tried to explain to me that warranty repairs need time, a poor excuse. At this point I am holding back choice words. Common sense would say, "Check the torque on the seat bolts!" I guess that makes too much sense and would be too easy. Once I got home, I checked online what the torque specs are for the seats. 15 minutes and 27ft-lbs later, the noise is gone. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Kade my sales guy and Zan the finance guy were great. Best deal on a 4runner in the state right now. Every other dealer gave me the same answer inventory is low so you need to pay thousands over msrp. Not Tony devino they were straight up and got me the 4runner I wanted in less then 6 months. They initially thought it would be a year but got me the car way earlier. Whole process was great and communication throughout was great. Highly recommend.

This place gets 5 stars in my book. Please ask for Kade, he was a great Sales guy and very informative, friendly and responsive. We put a deposit on a 4runner that wasn't quite to the dealership yet and then came in to pick it up, we were greeted right at the door by a friendly fellow. There were no surprises and the whole transaction was simple and quick. They even had snacks for us and a nice area to wait in. We purchased a Toyota 4runner from this dealer. The car is great but this dealer is terrible. I wish all companies would move to the Tesla model and end the car salesmen era. Tony Divino lived up to that generalization. The car was scheduled to be delivered on April 14th. We were told that it came early on March 28th. Due to new policies, if we were not there within 72 hours, end of month, we would lose our car and $500 deposit. Chris the sales manager then informed us this was not true after a few phone calls. We decided to try and make the 31st work for them and sent over our Credit Union info for our loan. We were told by Chris that everything was good to go. We trusted what he said as we would be arriving at 745pm and all branches would be closed. We arrived on the 31st and were told there were problems with our loan. Granted the manager had told us earlier that day we would be picking up the car. Bobby our sales guy also asked my fiance multiple inappropriate questions. Do not work with him or Connor. We came back two days later with the check from our Credit Union and found out Zan the finance guy opened a duplicate app under my fiances name which pulled her credit. This was either done fraudulently or incompetence. We are still trying to find out. We picked up the car after hours of pointless phone calls and an extra 4 hours of driving. The GM Russ has not been helpful. We have heard we would hear back multiple times and never do. He is a joke. We will take out business to Tesla or another dealer next time. The one positive was meeting Ron the other sales manager. He seems like an honest guy and we wish we had worked with him.

We had a great experience with our salesman Bobby West with a purchase of a RAV4 Hybrid. We were able to get the car we wanted and a lot faster than we expected. He was very professional and absolutely no pressure. Prior to driving the car off the lot, Bobby gave us a very detailed explanation of all the various options the car had. He even made sure we had our RAV4 connected to the Toyota app before leaving. Brad Garner helped us with the financing piece on the purchase of the car. He walked us through the various options on the finance rates, explained in detail how much more we would pay if we extended the financing, gave us a very detailed explanation of the various protections we could get and helped us get the absolute best deal through Toyota. Overall a great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend both Bobby and Brad at Tony Divino, if you are in the market to buy a new Toyota.

Best car buying experience I’ve had. Tony Divino Toyota is one of very few dealers taking advantage of low inventory issues. Other dealers I looked at are 4000.00 or more over MSRP. Blaine was great to work with and kept me up to date on the arrival of our new Highlander. Great follow thru and quick in and out when we picked it up. Would highly recommend Blaine and Tony Divino.

Conor Jameson was my sales rep. He put up with me pestering him with lame memes and gifs for 6 loooong months about when my 4 Runner would get here. He has been upfront and to the point from start to finish. He was also a lot of fun to joke around with. I didn't leave feeling like I got the typical dealership run around. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. They held to their word in an ever changing car market. I'd recommend dealing with this dealership over their competitors that are charging exhorbant prices. It's understandable that the market is difficult for dealers to get inventory, but that doesn't mean to take advantage of their customer and this place wasn't unreasonable at all.

I received a call from “Nando the Salesman” out of the blue. He was calling to inform me that a vehicle for which I had previously requested information was now available and ready for purchase at Tony Divino Toyota. I arrived at Tony Divino later that evening and had the opportunity to meet with Fernando in person. Fernando quickly grabbed the keys and showed me around the vehicle. He thoroughly explained all of the exterior and interior features and sat in the vehicle with me to ensure that I was comfortable with all the high-tech systems and gadgets. Following the vehicle tour, Fernando sat down with me and patiently ran all of the numbers and options as far as financing, leasing, incentives, interest rates and payment terms. After deciding to move forward with the purchase, Fernando detailed and gassed the vehicle. I was impressed with the care he put into prepping the vehicle. Fernando was assisted by another gentlemen, Ed, who was also a joy to work with. Both Fernando and Ed treated the vehicle like it was their very own. I then sat down with finance manager Brad. Again, Brad could not have been a nicer gentleman. Brad thoroughly explained how Toyota vs. third-party financing works, explained ToyotaCare, reviewed all of the extended warranty options, etc. Brad answered all of my questions in detail and I never felt rushed or pressured. I have purchased a few vehicles on the past but this was my first experience Tony Divino Toyota. The process was simple, honest, and no-pressure. And because of this, it was also quick and enjoyable. When it is time to purchase our next vehicle I definitely know where I will be headed!

Best Toyota dealership I have ever had experience with. Took down my info for a car I wanted (GR Corolla) while I was in for a brake job on my Tundra. Put new brakes pads on, and resurfaced my brake rotors for $259 OTD, not to mention they paid for an Uber to get me home. Truck was done very quickly and I picked it up after work. They are also selling the new Tundra's for MSRP during this crazy market full of markups. 11/10 recommend. Great staff

This is for the service department today May25th 2022 I purchased a brand new Rav 4 XSE AWD a few weeks ago. On the steering wheel there is lane assist and distance buttons. I used them once only and click button again yo take off ( just now turned 300 miles) Tried the distance and no light came on to show the distance ( blue lines) like before. Lane assist button light came on. Called and took it in. The man that is in service ( didn’t get his name ,he never offered it ) told me no light would gone on indicating it was on ?!?! I politely told him multiple times yes there was explained it all more than once. Hit the lane assist button showed him on dash the light cone on that’s in use. He proceeded to get out the manual from my glove box He looked for over 15 minutes and then told me I needed to bring it back when they could have it for a full day ??!!!!! He continually argued with me saying no light would appear !! He also had no idea what the button was for !!!! I was getting frustrated and asked if there was someone there that knew the electronics of it. Again he said bring it back to drop off for the day. He said he could tell I was getting frustrated. I smiled and said well yes because it seems you aren’t familiar at all with this vehicle. I drove out of service and decided to stop in sales to see if Chris Biggs was in ( sales manager) that showed me all the features when I bought it. He was in came out and when I showed him no light came on and it should , HE didn’t argue with me!! He knew immediately what you to do. Another button over on cruise is hit off needed to be on and immediately the light came on showing me it was on!!!!! I went back to service and asked him to come and see the light I was referring too that Chris fixed. Saying so he’d know for the next customer. He refused saying he had others to help !!!! I will NEVER return to Tony Divino for service again. I have a brand new vehicle with service coverage I purchased !!!! I will drive further to Bountiful Toyota every time now !! Sales manager was great !! But service here is awful stressful and to be told to bring back and leave it for an entire day for a 5 second fix from Chris ???!!!!! And to ignore and not come and see what it was to be of help to another customer ??!!! Terrible service

This is an official shout out to Gharzai, and here's why. This is our first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid we have purchased and love the vehicle itself for many reasons. We decided to go through Gharzai knowing that he had been in the Toyota business for a while. After a few phone calls and several text messages we were able to get a very fair price (not over MSRP) on our purchase. Gharzai made it all possible in a very short amount of time. Kudos to him and his awesome team that made the rest of the buying experience a top notch experience. We live in Midway, UT and will buy ALL of our future Toyota's from Tony Divino Toyota.

I recently bought a car from Tony Divino, while my experience with sales guy Chris Winegar was great the after part was not so much. Chris was very patient with all my questions and very accommodating when I changed my mind on things. Chris was very ready with solutions and different options for me. I noticed shortly after I purchased my brand new car that some of my lighting was not correct in it. I had been waiting on this car for sometime now and went over all the specs and watched videos on the interior and accessories. When I went in and explained to them that my car was missing its Blue-ambient Illumination lights in my dash shelfs, center console cup holders and in the front foot wells. They had the sales manager Gharzai Achekzai come and speak with me. His first thing he said to me was "You know you can only see ambient lights at night right?" Then his next question was "Do know how to turn them on?" I said I can't turn on lights that are not there. He wanted to look at my car and after realizing I'm not stupid he took it to the service department. He later came back and told me that even though my papers say it includes it Toyota does not put it in. Then he said it is just like the 2022 Tundra says it has the 360 camera but it also does not. Very unprofessional way to talk a customer and that is not a solution to a problem by saying that "well Toyota does this". I giving Tony Divino 1 star based off his sales manager for treating me this way and how he handled things.

I had maintenance done on my Lexus RC-F here. It was much closer than driving to Lexus in Murray. I received great service from the advisors today. The oil change was a great price and it gave me peace of mind to have a Toyota technician doing the work instead of someone at a quick lube shop. It's a pretty small dealership, so I ran out of things to look at pretty quickly. The awesome bonus was getting to see the new Supra in person for the first time.

I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Tony Divino Toyota! Prices are fair and the people are great. Salesmen Conor and Alex went above and beyond to make my recent purchase a 5-star experience (I'd give them more than five if I could!). Conor answered all of my first-time car-buyer questions patiently and informatively. I live six hours from the dealership, so Conor took extra photos and videos of the used vehicle I had my eye on so that I could make sure it was everything I wanted. He was very honest and even pointed out little dings and blemishes on the exterior, which I really respect and appreciate. When I decided it was the perfect vehicle for me, Conor got the purchase paperwork started from afar because he knew I had a long day ahead of me to drive down and back in a single day. So considerate! I'll admit, I wondered if I was a fool for driving so far to buy a car sight unseen, not knowing if my trade-in would be well-valued, half-expecting to suffer costs of hidden fees and add-ons, etc. But I had such a great experience! The car was in EXCELLENT condition, you could hardly believe it was used. The asking price was VERY fair, my trade-in was valued fairly, and the staff of Tony Divino are incredibly down-to-earth, honest, and did not surprise me with any hidden fees or try to pressure me into any add-ons. Additionally, once papers were signed and keys were handed over, I wasn't just abandoned on the lot. Alex kindly removed the roof rack from my trade-in vehicle and helped move snow tires and things from my trade-in to my newly purchased vehicle, which helped me get back on the road and back home at a decent hour! Now that's quality customer service! I LOVE my new (used) car from Tony Divino!

I will make this as short as I can. If you are considering buying a Toyota, I am going to share why Tony Divino is an excellent choice to consider. I will first start off with my sales person Jaedyn Barsell. Jaedyn is by far the nicest and most professional car salesperson I have ever run across. She was painfully honest with me. She was a hard worker. She was very attentive. Most importantly, she worked incredibly hard to make sure that I felt comfortable though every single step of my car buying process. I even got to the point that I honestly tried my best to get her to see if she would be dishonest with me. She never took the bait. Please give her a chance to earn your business. I honestly believe she will do everything humanly possible to make sure you actually...enjoy...the process of buying a car. I never thought I would say that in my life about any car salesperson. I now want to talk about Brad Garner. He was the finance officer. Normally I hate....no I despise....finance officers. Every single one of them in my past was a scumbag. Brad proved to me without a shred of doubt that a person can live an honest and honorable life, make a good living, and also be an honest finance officer. I spent so much time before I went in trying to learn every trick in the book with the ways that finance officers rob, cheat, and steal from their customers. Brad didn't take a single one of those opportunities. I even gave me opportunities for low hanging fruit. He still stayed a honest and honorable. I actually had already secured financing prior to going in. He didn't have to but he actually negotiated a better rate with my credit union without ever changing the financing in any other way. What kind of finance officer does something like that? One more thing I want to share. At one stage of the process, I barely was able to hear a conversation in the distance and it spoke volumes. At the edge of my hearing, I heard an older salesman talking to a younger salesperson. He shared this wisdom. He says to him - "I don't make a living selling cars. I make a living doing my best in serving people". I was dumbfounded. Its pretty obvious that I will be returning again and again....and again. As long as this business runs this way and has people like this...why would I even consider going anywhere else? Thank you.

Nice selection of cars, trucks, and vans. I am comparing vans and went to look inside to measure and it was nice. A new van was unlocked. I was able to measure and no salesman came out to bother me. I was able to get what I wanted and if I find they have what I want I will definately go back there!

Purchased a 2021 Tacoma from Tony Divino. My salesperson was Derek Broadbent. I highly recommend these folks. My experience was great; no haggling over price, no high pressure sales and a great price. Derek was informative, pro-active, and professional as he anticipated what I needed and was quick to answer any and all questions. I especially liked getting most everything answered online so I just had to show up and pick out a color. We plan to come back in the summer and purchase another vehicle. Overall, Tony Divino was a great experience. They were the only dealership we found in the area that were not over pricing their vehicles during this shortage for third row SUVs. Fernando and Brandon were considerate of our needs and got answers to all the questions we had. Debbie was also helpful in ensuring we could register the vehicle in our home state, with the information we gave her. While the process to buy and sign through finance took a little longer than I would have preferred, I do believe they did their best to expedite the purchase process and not waste our time. Having purchased a vehicle here and at Performance Toyota in Bountiful, I highly recommend Tony Divino. You will have a much more personable experience.

Buying my Tacoma from Tony Divino Toyota was great! These days it's really hard to get your hands on a Tacoma, and I had a bit of a special order that took awhile to find. My salesman was very forthcoming, honest, and easy to get ahold of during the entire process. Having honest people to communicate with during the entire process made the waiting easier. I got a good price, exactly what I asked for, and never felt strong armed at any point to pay for anything I didn't want. We worked with Derek Broadbent and he was extremely nice and made the entire process of buying my truck fun and memorable. Derek shared in the excitement of me finally getting my truck. He didn't ever feel like a salesmen, just a cool guy to hang out with who helped me get my truck out the door. I would definitely recommend Derek and Tony Divino. It was a great experience!

I was able to get my Tacoma after a long wait! But it was definitely worth it! I worked with Ed through the whole process of ordering it to waiting for it. He kept me up to date. when it was order when it would arrive. When I got there to pick it up they had it cleaned, and waiting for me to get it. Mike was also very easy to work with on the financial side of it! Overall it was a great experience. If I’m ever in need of another Toyota I will make the hour drive again, because it was worth it! I have been telling my friends and family about them! If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend them and don’t forget to ask for Ed!

We had a great experience with Tony Divino. We traveled from Utah County to Riverdale because of the Costco Auto Program and I am glad we did. Blaine was very helpful during the build process. He was patient while we asked questions and would provide updates. When they received a couple of 21 Siennas they were not expecting Blaine let us know. They held it for us since we had a deposit from the build for a few days and did not sell it from underneath us like other dealers. They also did not charge over MSRP like others since these are hard to get but still provided discounts. We also had a great experience in the finance office. They of course try to sell products that may be helpful but there was not high pressure and was able to decline unlike other dealerships. I would definitely travel an hour to go to this dealership again for another Toyota purchase.

Brought my in-laws car in for what I suspected was a blown valve cover gasket. Service rep advised me that we should replace both gaskets and the spark plugs because they would already be working on that part of the car and it would be cheaper to do it now as opposed to later. I agreed and he quoted me around $750, a bit high but I didn’t have time to do it myself. Fast forward to the actual work and they “discovered the oil pan gasket and the transmission seal was also leaking. My in-law agreed to the work and was quoted $1800 to fix everything, again very expensive considering the total cost of all the parts is around $150. We ended up paying almost $2200. I picked the car up got it home and realized that the transmission is now leaking extensively from the seal they “replaced”. Oh well sometimes these things happen. Took the car back for them to re-fix the problem and asked them about the expensive bill and they said they already discounted the work for the spark plugs and they would give me a free car wash for compensation. So your telling me that $500 for new spark plugs is a discount? This place is the biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen. And now 2 hours after picking up the car I have a check engine light on. I’ll take it to literally anywhere else except Tony Divino service center in Riverdale, Utah. Update: after looking under the car I noticed that they didn’t reattach the brake lines to the frame. Again, these mechanics must’ve been trained by idiots.

I bought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma through the Costco auto program. I am from Denver Colorado and had to purchase the vehicle in Utah because of inventory issues related to the pandemic. I ordered the vehicle to my own specifications. I was told it could take 3 to 6 months to get it but I got the call 9 weeks later that my truck was in. Working with my salesperson, Blaine Johnson, was smooth and stress free. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there were a couple obstacles that had to be worked out. These were my own issues and not dealer related. The friendly and helpful staff supported me and I was able to drive my new vehicle off the lot within about two hours. I would recommend Tony Divino Toyota to any one.

I reserved my 2022 4 runner in February and it arrived last week! Ed Evans was our salesman and he was awesome! He kept me updated on the delivery and even other colors which I appreciated because I ended up switching my color choice and I’m so glad I did! The finance process was smooth (except for my annoying husband) we were in and out in a couple of hours!! We will be back next year to buy my son a truck! Highly recommend these folks!!

Wow- I've bought something like 16 cars and this was the best experience. Garzai got me the exact RAV4 I wanted much more quickly than the dealers in SLC could. The last few years have been difficult to find cars. When I crashed my new Ford Edge, I thought I was out of luck. Bobby and Jae both stepped in and helped me order a new Highlander and were able to get me a special order vehicle in just a few months. The after delivery care was exceptional. Jae went far above what I would expect and Mike in Finance performed a small miracle getting me a low rate, even in this crazy time of inflation. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Not very happy with my experience here. You would think a big dealership like this one would be more professional. Waited four months to get the car I wanted, went in got all the paperwork taken care of and was sent on my way. Come to find out 3 months later they didn’t send in their side of the financing paperwork on time and I had to reapply for a loan. Luckily I was able to get the same rate, but had to have another hard credit pull. They said they tried to contact me multiple times about it, I never got those calls. Really just a disappointing experience overall. I will not be coming here again to buy a car and will not be recommending to anyone.

We are so impressed with this dealership! We were in the market for a new Sienna but most of the dealerships near us had an MSRP mark-up and a huge wait list. We reached out to Tony Divino and had the opportunity to work with Fernando as our salesman. They have no mark-up and Fernando was amazing to work with. We have been looking for the right car for over a month. We have been to many less than desirable dealerships. However, We had a world-class experience at Tony Divino toyota. We worked with Bobby in sales and he was stellar. He listened to us, didn't pressure us and answered questions. He knew a lot about the car we were interested in. He was super patient. My car was fixed well, but when we were told the price before it being fixed, we were told $1000. My husband negotiated them down to $900 and to include an oil change and they agreed. Later, he asked if they could also quickly put in freon as well and they said yes without saying any price so we assumed it would be included. When I went to pick up my car they charged me for the oil change that was supposed to be included and $200 freon and said I could sit there for a few hours and wait for them to take out the freon and still pay the $150 labor for it. My husband called upset and they said the manager would call back after his vacation and never did. If they would've just communicated about the freon charge I would've just said no thanks and gone to Walmart to buy a $30 can to do it myself.

Hands down my favorite dealership now! I’ll be the first that I hate dealing with salespeople and dealerships in general but man did this place change my mind. I drove 50 min there and from now on I’ll continue doing that for my car buying needs in a heartbeat. Between Derek Broadbent and Zan Mendlekow from financing they made this process 100% easy. Cars are so hard to come by but there was one in stock that I was interested in but hadn’t hit the “floor” yet to be sold. Talked with Derek and he said he’s keep me in the loop. A week long process and Derek responded to every text and email in a timely manner. Even days I didn’t message him he’d give me updates. The moment it was officially available he called me that second so I could do my best to the be the first on the lot. He couldn’t hold it but gave me a chance to get it and I was able too. Zan made it easy as well. Kept updating me and didn’t want me to wait all day there so he let me take the vehicle until the loan was approved (little bit of paperwork) but I was happy I didn’t have to wait there and able to take the car while the loan process finished. Came back later and took 30 min to finish the paperwork and put the door. They truly seem to be customer oriented and aren’t marking prices up just because the market allows for the price fluctuation. 100% recommend to anyone and my family will definitely be repeat customers. Great staff, amazing prices and great customer service.

Salesman was friendly but dishonest They removed the all weather mats from the car after the salesman pointed them out to me during test drive. When I took delivery of car at dealership after purchase I moved some items to my new car from old car that I traded in. Mats were no longer in car and I did not notice until next day. Salesman told me car did not come with mats. So they sent me home in snow weather with no floor mats or protection for carpet. Also sent me home with less than 1/4 tank of gas with my $19,000 dollar purchase. I have emailed, left voicemails and texts with dealership in several levels and had no response. I do not care about the actual floor mats I ordered some. I care about the outright lying and lack of integrity. I will not ever have anything to do with this dealership again. This car was my second vehicle purchase from Tony Divino and I regret it.

We have a 3 way tie between Fernando Laguna, Chris Biggs and Blaine Johnston! Serving the customer is not on their list of how to earn your business. New car deposits are refundable folks. Don't let any car dealer in Utah tell you otherwise. I have an email from Mark Miller stating my 500 deposit is refundable for any reason, yet Tony Divino wants to charge me a 1500 non refundable deposit for a vehicle that isn't even on their lot yet. Tony Divino is now charging over MSRP to. Price out your new vehicle on Toyota's website first to see if they match. Mark Miller in SLC is the only Toyota dealership in Utah that is doing honest business. That's were I will be taking my 40K in cash to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone else is looking to price gouge. Including Tony Divino Toyota.
Good morning John. You might want to be a little careful, there are defamation laws in Utah. Are you ready to prove in court that the three gentlemen you mention are lazy and incompetent? You state that we are charging over MSRP. Tony is adamant that we will not charge over sticker. Only Special Editions are sometimes over sticker. We closed 2021 with the largest increase in business of all the dealers in Utah. We didn't accomplish that by being arrogant, lazy or incompetent. We do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you and wish you the best with your new Toyota regardless of were you choose to purchase it.

Tony Divino was great! 5 stars all around. Ask for Kade, he was helpful and awesome with communication. He texted, emailed, or called. Whatever your preference he accommodated. Kade was very helpful with navigating us to the car we got! He informed and we made the choice. Even in todays market we got the Corolla Hybrid in just about 3-4 weeks from deposit. The biggest part is they honored a fair price. They didn’t gouge with some lame offer over MSRP. Kade and Tony Divino were straight forward and didn’t play any games. We both agreed upon a price and that was it. If you want a Toyota or Hybrid I’d call and ask for Kade. We will likely be repeat customers in the future. Also for Costco member, these guys are true Costco dealers. 5/5 Highly Recommended!

I’m not one to write reviews but this was such a quick and easy transaction for us! We called about a car we saw online and talked with Mayson (the cowboy). He answered all my questions, went out in the rain to check if it had leather seats and called me back promptly. ALL communication was quick via text or call. We told him we decided to look at a different car and he was so polite. Later that day he texted and said he was sorry the car didn’t work for us but was glad we found one we liked. Fast forward an hour and it turned out we didn’t like that other car. I called him back and a deal was made that night. Had Mayson not reached out again after we said we were passing I probably would’ve just kept looking. He wasn’t pushy but just a really nice guy! He even got us A FULL TANK OF GAS to leave in our new car! When you go, ASK FOR THE COWBOY MAYSON!

We had shopped for cars on line since we were out of the country (Africa). We had been customers of Tony Divino before and had maintance done on our Toyotas. They had a Rav4 in transient to arrive the week we got home. We flew in on a Friday at 12:30 and tight to the dealership. Our Rav4 was waiting for us in the showroom. Took a tire there to get it patched due to a nail that was visible and was leaking air. The lady at the service desk said there’s no nail and has a slow leak and I’d have to replace the tire. I've been to Divino Toyota 3 times. The first was in the fall of 2020. I took my GX470 in for an oil change. I specifically requested a full synthetic oil change as the truck is old and high mileage. I thought the oil change was taking awhile and I was right. They did it twice! The first time they performed the change with conventional oil and the service advisor caught the issue. They had to drain and perform the change a second time. The second visit was in 2021. Again I went in for an oil change. This time they performed the change correctly and conducted a basic visual inspection. Supposedly everything was fine on the inspection until I asked them specifically about the driver's side CV boot. I knew this boot was torn and leaking. Once I mentioned the boot the story changed to "oh yeah the boot is bad but everything else is fine". On the drive home I noticed my hood was moving and I had to pull over and close it properly. My third (and final) visit was today. I was in the area and decided to stop in and try and buy a few parts. I went to the parts counter and asked for help looking up a few parts for my GX470. The parts counter told me "we can only look up Toyotas". I thought that was a bit strange since they can do my oil changes no problem and asked him to double check. I was told "only Toyotas" and when I mentioned that Lexus is Toyota I was told "maybe in the past but Lexus doesn't make Toyotas anymore". I called Bountiful Toyota and they told me with a full vin they could look up my Lexus parts. Within 10 minutes they had found the parts I needed, rang me out, and placed my parts at will call for when I drove down to get them. Any of the 3 incidents on their own would be fine but all 3 together is just a bit too much.

Best vehicle purchase experience ever! I had been searching for a particular configuration of the new RAV 4 Hybrid in my home state of Oregon for months with no luck. Expanded my search to CA, WA, ID, NV with still no luck. Finally my car showed up at Tony Divino, the same dealer from whom my niece and nephew purchased their Toyota. Ed, my salesperson, and Zan, the finance guy, were both fantastic. Between the two of them I was able to complete the paperwork and purchase in less than an hour and a quarter, which is a record in my book. Well, I was sadly disappointed with our sales experience last night after looking at a used car. The car was listed on the website for a retail price of over $10,000 dollars (I still have no idea where that price even came from), but with the Tony Divino discount it is listed at $8995 which is way over high book value especially for a vehicle that has higher mileage, is 7 years old, has no warranty, and has a valve tick. The price we offered was a very fair price, above median price. The counter offer came back slightly lower, but still over high book value. So, we walked. All I can say is buyer beware. Go prepared with the right information. Do not be foolish and purchase off looks alone. The dealership is not loosing money, and they are not taking any kind of risk when selling a vehicle "as is". The risk is all on the buyer. This is a great place for parts and service, but I feel their sales department is lacking.

This was such an amazing experience all around. I'd actually walked into Tony Divino tail end of June just by happenstance, really. Long story short, Dan is the salesman who greeted me way back then. He was awesome from day 1. Didn't try and BS me. Very transparent with both good and bad news. I liked the salesman he was nice and good to work with. What I didn't like was when they said they check the car out they don't really do a good job. I had my car for a week before the check engine came on and I had to spend 700$ to get it mixed.

My paperwork was delayed when being sent to my home state, and it was incorrect.
