Tom’s was recommended to me by my fantastic realtor Devon Sutton. And I am most thankful for this referral because it turned into the best overall home purchase. During this process my stress level was very high due to the demanding California sellers’ market which has homes flying off the list like crazy. But the financial portion with Tom at Karbon Financial was a breeze. From the beginning Tom showed exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. He was straight forward, very helpful, organized, informative, and extremely thorough from start to finish. Once I spoke with Tom, we had a great phone conversation that put me at ease and we stared the loan process. From there he sent me over what I would call a user-friendly to-do list for documents. I remember gathering all the paperwork and thinking here we go. What I did not know at that time was that everything I submitted in the beginning ended up checking all the required boxes at the end. This was my 3rd home purchase, so I was not looking forward to the hoops and massive ongoing document request you normally experience during this process, but this wasn’t that at all. I would receive regular follow up calls to let me know that things were progressing effortlessly and that nothing additional was needed from me at that time. And when I did have questions, my calls were returned immediately and every question was answered. Working with Tom and his team was stress free and by far the easiest home purchase I’ve done. Tom is a first-class professional that consistently exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly, and he found me the lowest possible interest rate.
