So, after a relocation back to Ohio, I knew the bank I wanted to get a hold of. After looking at reviews on Zillow of individual lenders, I saw one that stood out, Todd Nerlinger. People really seemed to like this guy and now I know why. Professional, responsive, and always ready to help. I'm not sure I can say anything anyone else hasn't said already. Todd's a rock star in my opinion. I had a VA loan and VA's aren't the easiest to do, but never had one single hiccup with Todd or US Savings. Closing went the day it suppose to and there was just simply no problems! I'm certain this was in large part because of Todd. The man knows what he is doing, that is clear. Very fair closing costs, rate, and professional service to boot. What more do you want? Seriously! If you want a true professional handling your loan application, just call Todd. You'll save yourself a ton of hassle down the road. When I look for my next house, I'll be giving him a call. My daughter will be looking for her first home in the near future and the only lender I'll let her call is Todd. I was extremely satisfied with Todd's services.
