I would highly recommend Todd Davidson for anyone looking for a mortgage. We shopped several lenders for rates and he was the most competitive. He guided us through the process every step of the way, always quick to answer the phone or call back quickly. Our builder saw they could make more money by selling our house to someone else and attempted to force an early close. I am confident that Todd’s experience and responsiveness were the only reasons we were able to complete the purchase of our home. We are forever in his debt.

My fiancé and I decided to work with Todd after being referred through out real estate agent. We had previously started with another lender, but after a few lackluster phone calls, we decided we were not happy and wanted to switch lenders. With all the steps involved in home buying today, I would only be satisfied working with a lender who was invested in my happiness and satisfaction. Todd was an ideal partner for us!

Todd was really great to work with. We were new to the area and really didn't have any idea what we were getting into. As we went through the qualification process we had several questions about what our loan would look like. Todd took time out of his schedule to walk us through everything and make sure we understood exactly what we were getting.
