Kacy is awesome! I never thought that I would have to take out a loan for anything but when it rains it pours! I came in to the florissant location and was greeted with a huge hello and a big smile and was immediately offered service! There was not a long wait before she sprang into action and started the application process! She made it very clear of the policies and gave me a lot of options and was just extremely helpful! I came in with my head down and left feeling 100% knowing that I am in good hands and can take care of my responsibilities with the help of Title Max! My rent was past due and every loan I applied for was denied. I was in desperate need of money. A friend of mine suggested I try Titlemax. I reluctantly applied for their loan and then shortly after was informed I was approved. The staff is very friendly. Orlando, the general manager answered all my questions (I had many) and even set my loan payments on the same schedule as my paycheck. I highly recommend this place.

I went into Title Max this morning very nervous. I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The people there are wonderful and attentive. The custimer service was excellent. The crew at this Title Max location is very helpful, patient, understanding and they to go above and beyond the basic customer service experiences you recieve everywhere else. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 20yrs and appreciate the small things employees say and do for a guest/customer. Came to the office because of the reviews, Lot of talk about the GM Orlando, it was all true. However I ended up with Keith and let’s give credit where credit is due..equally awesome!
