Great place and the lady, Destiny Kelley was very pleasant, nice and smiled the whole time. She made me feel very welcome. She explained to me all about how the loan process worked so if I decide to take out the loan I'll definitely go to the Clinton office and see her. She was excellent in customer service. We also have the same last name.

Walked in and the place was neat and clean. Smelled good. I loved Ms. Barbara's shirt. Her and Ms Pam were very helpful. Kind and Polite. Helped me thru the entire process And made sure I understand the loan agreement and helped get my payments low so I wasn't financially stressed. then I was on my way with a check and a lil Debbie cake lol. From the time i walkee into the store i felt like home. The lady mrs.pam welcome me, made me feel loved, and answered every question I had. When it was time to finish up ms.Destiny made sure i was helped as well. I was having a very bad day and she made me smile,and answered every question as well. They have a wonderful customer service. I was a satisfied customer with TitleMax but when I had went through a ruff spot with my job not paying me and my husband I had explained it to Pam she told me that she understand. Long story short if you have a good running vehicle do not go to them because when they repoed my vehicle my whole front end was messed up. I’m glad that we paid them off and I will NEVER GET ANOTHER Title Loan.Oh and by the way Pam will tell you what to say on your review.

Grey was awesome and was very professional! I would personally give her five stars. The company, as a whole, is an entire joke. They have accused me of having a charge off from years ago and that was not the case! I voluntarily surrendered my vehicle and they sold it. I received a letter and marched right up to Titlemax to make sure that I didn’t owe anything else because I pay my bills. I was refused a loan today because of it. I wouldn’t recommend them. Go to Auto Money Title Loans!!!
