If I could leave a review in the negative I would do so without a second thought -☆-☆-☆-☆-☆. You are however very deceptive at the art of a good con. The only reason reviews are posted and left leaving them to look like saints personally blessed and approved loans are for two reasons. The first is two fold, you either have applied for employment with the company or you've applied for a loan. Which one is of no matter because the end result is the same. You need money to support yourself and loved ones. You will go through a similar conversation with the end result being the same. Before they can help you, you'll be asked to help them out FIRST by leaving a google review, of which you will do because you need something from them. They wait for you to get your phone and do it in front of them. When they get low on reviews they have a job fair in which they call back old applicants and have you do the process all over again. I will say your quite good at your con and have what seems a likable personality, its too bad its all show but far worse is taking advantage of the needs of others. Obtaining google reviews in this manner is very frowned upon and against policy.

Having worked for a different loan company in the past Titlemax of Webb City still always made us feel welcome in the office and like they would be a well recommended company for our customers we weren't able to serve. Marty and Sherrie were no pressure and went over all the options thank you. It had all been going well until I let them know that I was having an issue. I lost my job and was not going to be able to make it in for my payment. I went in and spoke with Marty directly the afternoon of the 18th, let him know that I got a new job, and that I was going to be paid on the 19th however, it was going to be a very small check because it was just for a training week. Told him that I'd like to keep that check to be able to eat. I would be getting paid every two weeks and I was willing to pay $200 out of each check until I got caught up. His reply to me was "maybe you shouldn't eat, maybe you should be more worried about paying your bill". He then went on to tell me that I should be riding a bike. Okay, just so you'll know, I'm overweight. Not because I haven't tried or not because I eat too much. I have some health problems going on that prevent me from exercising. I blew both of my knees 2 years ago and I have to have them both replaced. He also told me that if I gave him $210 that my vehicle would not be towed as long as I gave him that the next day. I agreed to that. Within 20 minutes of me leaving his office, my vehicle was towed. I called him Friday morning to find out what it would take to get my vehicle back. $450 was his reply. I went into the office to confront him about what he said to me and the $210 that he had stated the night before. He did apologize and say that he did step out of line as a general manager. And he did accept the $240, not 210 like we had discussed the night before. However, I did get my vehicle back. Now , talking about the interest, I took this loan out May 13th and I have already racked up over $700 and interest in less than three months. Be very careful guys. Missouri Title Loan does not charge that much . Interest very high however! And they were supposed to let me know the tow companies name so that I could file a police report for them ransacking and going through my vehicle before it was even impounded and, I never got a call back. With that information.
