I called in today and spoke with a Mrs. Casey. She was so nice and personable. She didn't make me feel like I was just another number on a paper. She carefully listened to all of my questions and concerns. She was understanding, offered great information and made sure she addressed all of my concerns. I felt like Mrs. Casey really cared about helping me to better my life not just make a paycheck. Thoroughly impressed and will be coming back to her!

Had a great experience today with TitleMax. Went in for a personal loan and had the pleasure of working with Casie. She was phenomenal. Walked me thru the whole process, patient with me while I had my toddler running around like well a toddler. She was very friendly. Got me approved for the personal loan. One happy lady here now! This is my second time dealing with this store and I must say the staff, especially Jocelyn, are exceptional. The first time we had computer issues and she made it as comfortable for me as possible. The entire staff is amazing, but both times I’ve been there, Jocelyn was the biggest smile and the quickest to offer assistance. I called over the phone before going the second time, and she was very thorough in helping me with what I needed to bring in.
