I went in this place just by chance after setting at another title loan company just down the street... I was at this other place for over 2 hrs ! Was approved, was going to be sent to have an extra key made for them, then at the last minute was told due to the name change on my DL, it didn’t match my title they couldn’t do it ! Even though DMV got on the phone and told them that the name in the system matched my DL, well living there totally frustrated I by chance stopped in at TitleMax Awesome !! They Hooked me up... More money, better payments I don’t have to drive all the way there over an hr to make a payment ( they have an app !!) The gentleman and young lady there were as nice and helpful as you could ask for ! It was easy breezy! I was in and out in less time then just down the street no hassles! A Special Shout out to Jeremiah Christy the General manager and the young lady that was also working that day !! Check them out Awesome people !!

It was a little rocky on my second visit, but I would like to appreciate the efforts from Mr. William (General Manager)/and some of his associates (Angel) for clearing things up and putting my trust back in his store. They were both very professional. My last visit was quick and easy and we all left laughing. I also appreciate the follow up call concerning my visit. Everything was well until I was told on 4 different occasions to come back and see them with nothing done. Kimberly who has been such a sweet heart and an amazing sport since my first time getting the loan. The GM however is a problem, I came there based on a conversation we had prior to my visit and when I asked him certain questions he became boastful and aggressive , I genuinely thought this guy was really about to attack me in front of my fiance. I was appalled and felt genuine fear. If there's a way I can get some type of lawyer to discuss his outlandish behavior I'd like that very much.
