I came into the office on Wednesday. I was approved for a loan which was amazing since I'm in the credit rebuilding stage. My CSR was Cassandra H. and she was so open honest and a joy since the moment I walked in. She kept me positive about my approval chances and that meant ALOT to me. Most loan places can be intimidating by their demeanor but I did NOT get that here. The whole staff that was working that day was very welcoming. I will be returning and referring!

Justin Walton is the most amazing customer service representative I have ever met. I was terrified walking into this place. I did not want to give my title to someone, but he really helped me feel comfortable and safe. He worked with me to get me the cash I needed, but with a monthly payment i could afford. He was straight up with me, no lies no hidden rules or expenses. He really made it a great experience for us.
