TitleMax Title Pawns N Glenwood Ave, Dalton

This title max seems to hire children. Went in on 01/10 at 6:40 pm. They couldn't do it cause they needed to call the tag office. I was like awe man I don't have any gas. We discussed doing it tomorrow, but as loan people should I appreciate I have a job I had to work till 5 pm in Chattanooga. They close at 6 I was like other than grabbing the title I came straight here from work today. I don't think I can make it. George assures me that he will call about my tag and can wait till I can get there the next day, but to call him to let him know he's not waiting for nothing. So I beg and get the gas to get to work and what would be a useless trip to title max and called on my break at 3. Once again saying I would get there as fast as I can but Lee hwy is a good drive from Dalton and traffic. So I make it at 6:11 pm. And suddenly we agreed to 530. Because logic dictates I would need to call him to let him know I was coming so he wouldn't leave at the time he was already scheduled to be at work. He tells me he can't help me, isn't grown enough to even admit to a mistake. I am a experienced retail manager. So when I refuse to smile and accept his lies as truth and point out when I call they will listen to audio and him lying to me, 2 days in a row he's going to have issues. So he kicks me out of the store because I'm the problem. Now I'm sitting stranded at a gas station with no money and no gas. Thanks title max.👌

I came into the office and was greeted immediately. This was my first time ever considering pawning my title. There was a very nice woman at the desk who happened to be the general manager. Her name was April. She was very informative with all the questions I had. She was spot on and made me feel completely comfortable with the services I was inquiring about. I look forward to doing business with this company and possibly in the future as well.

Hands down the best customer service you will find. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt completely comfortable and informed. April's an amazing GM, I've seen many people run this location but nobody like her. She makes sure you understand what your getting yourself into and understand the contract. If she ever quits am leaving with her for sure!
