I originally gave them 5 stars because I have come here many times always this location always good service. however, I had an experience with them recently that left me feeling uncomfortable and upset. I was having a hard time making my payment as Im recovering from a back injury. I was very upset worried they may take my car. I eventually received a phone call unfortunately I cant remember her name. But it was titlemax this location. I explained my situation to the lady let her know when I could pay and she said that was no problem! It was a relief and took some worry off of me! HOWEVER later that day I received another call from the other employee. Her tone was upset and shes asking when I plan to make a payment! WHAT! I explained to her I had just spoke to another employee although I couldn't remember her name....there were no notes that I had spoken to anyone! So I just want to say be careful who you speak to at this location. I was left feeling confused and as if the second lady thought I was a liar during an already difficult time! I Also called back the next day and spoke to the original employee I spoke to...to verify I spoke with her and she commented....don't you have caller ID?

This post is better late than never. My experience here was truly a good one. I had never done this before and was very unsure about it all. Mr. Samuel (GM) was very thorough with everything. He answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. I appreciate Mr. Samuel and staff for making me aware of all that I needed to know and making sure that I made the right choice for me. I would recommend TitleMax in Garden City to anyone. Thank you again Mr. Samuel.

The times I went into the store it was very quick the customer service is always on Pointe. I have dealt with them for years and I never had any issues I always make sure I pay them or if I can't they will work with you for real just a pointer I actually defaulted in a loan and years later I went back with a different vehicle and they actually did service with me they just added on what i owed into my payment and I wasn't denied so it's just something to keep in mind if you did mess up at one point they do believe in giving you a second chance. And these days in time emergencies seem to arrive more than just a little bit but I really can say this company works for me

Shannon is very polite and helpful. She got me the loan that I need and deserve and was in and out before you know it! I HIGHLY recommend seeing this lady!
