I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. After entering basic information on the company's website I got a call from them! They connected me to the local office and I spoke to the manager, Rod, about the process. He told me to make sure I had a "clean" title and my ID with me--I also made sure I had proof of insurance and the registration with me (which he had not requested but he did need when we were processing the pawn. He also made sure I knew where the office was (which was a good thing because I had them confused with another place in town). I went in to the office and the whole process took about 90 minutes from the time I walked in until I had a check. I was disappointed at the amount I was offered but my car is a 2006 model and is not in the best condition so could not really argue, particularly since I REALLY needed the money right away. Rod explained everything very carefully so I would know EXACTLY what I was getting myself into and I truly appreciate that since this is the first time I have pawned a car title. I would recommend them highly.
