TitleMax Title Loans Nashville Hwy, Columbia

It was not ideal personal circumstance that led me to visit TitleMax two days ago. Several surprise financial bills popped up at once and TitleMax was an option my husband and I chose for a short term solution as we needed one quickly. I was pretty nervous going in and honestly pretty stressed. I was greeted warmly by Jessica, the General Manager and she worked with a new trainee to help with my application. Both ladies were so nice and honest with me through the whole process, making sure I had plenty information to decide if the loans worked for my situation and were manageable to pay off. They were very transparent and explained how the loans worked, how the due dates differed on the different loans, showing me the payments and principal breakdown, and explaining how to pay them off quickly. I kept thinking how it was a more transparent process when comparing it to dealing with a car salesman. I left feeling better about my situation and confident that paying it off wouldn't be a problem. She even followed up a few days later to make sure I didn't have any questions. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and very understanding. I truly appreciated their help and highly recommend.

Needed extra cash because I have bills and I'm trying to pay everything on time. All while preparing to send my senior off to college. Tara and Jasmine were a great help at our local title max. They were friendly and eager to help. The entire process only took about an hour. Surprisingly I was approved for way more than I needed. I highly recommend title Max on Nashville highway. We had been in a Ch. 13, but it was dismissed. Just a few days (not even a full week) after the dismissal, without bothering to contact us to try to work something out, they sent someone to repo my husband's truck. No call, no nothing, just took the truck. We had already been discussing reinstating the Ch. 13 with our attorney prior to them taking the vehicle. We were not given the opportunity to even go up there to get the truck or any of our belongings out of it, they had it hauled to an auction house in Nashville...Less than 48 hours after taking it!!! If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.

These girls were great. They helped me understand the process and took the time to teach me about their app to make it a little easier to understand my account. Come here over all other businesses. They gave me a card with the money available right when i left so i could go straight to the store
