Eligibility is more strict than other locations but Judith made it easy, and we had lots of laughs. She was extremely professional and detail oriented. She caught several mistakes before I even made them.

Judith was very organized this was my first time and she explained everything in detail she also had an assistant or a trainee ( kiara ) who was very willing to learn and was attentive as well .

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for about a month now. The ladies in the office were absolutely terrific! The Manager Denise was extremely helpful! From the moment I called to inquire about transferring my loan from CashMax, she was very thorough. The day came to go in and take care of everything. They were short handed and I was able to clearly see how they handled each and every customer. They provided excellent customer service to everyone. Please do not be fooled by their reviews they are very unprofessional and so rude. My family member went there in a bind needing quick cash and got title loan and i kid you not they asked 5 times while she was filling out paperwork to review on Google and she said my phone is almost dead they offered a charger so smh then we left and they called 2 times that evening to see why she hasn't posted that review. I was reading all the reviews and noticed a pattern on EVERY ONE the word professional staff, i have heard several of the calls between my family and title max and they are everything but professional and they lack compassion for people.
