I have utilized this location for the past couple of years. It's has truly been a pleasure to do business here. Jeff has always be very helpful and courteous during my time at this location. Tammy is always smiling and helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Shay. Although this is my first time to meet her she made me feel as though she has known me for years. She will be an assist to this location. In my opinion these three associates provide a superior experience making the process effortless.

Normally I would have a pleasant experience but when management is nice nasty and will not answer your direct question it becomes a problem. The general manager Mrs. Lisa is very nice nasty. I am being charged a late fee for Feb which we are now in the month of May. Last month I was given a balance which the late fee should have been on if that's the case. Instead I was charged for the month of May which I paid in April. My bill was distributed how they saw fit versus what I asked for. I was told that the late fee had to go somewhere. If the late fee was OWED... why not give me that with the balance for April and May if I was paying for both months together? Instead you call me today to say that I owe for May because it went towards the principal balance. Don't try to belittle me. Then say I won't let you talk. How do you take someone's money and charge them where you see fit versus what they asked for? Is that how it works?
