I walked in on a Saturday since I needed last minute money not knowing what to do or what I wanted exactly, I felt very informed and welcomed; Isabella was going above and beyond. They do not let you walk out the door with something you would not be comfortable with! I highly recommend TitleMax, had better much experience here than LoanMax. Really awesome experience, I was so nervous going in thinking I was going to get a super quiet, awkward meeting. But they were super helpful, answered any questions I had and didn’t sugar coat anything! I thought that was awesome. They also gave me an estimated guess on what I would have to pay monthly just to be sure it’s what I wanted. Didn’t feel like I was pushed into something I didn’t want. I also had my kids with me and they gave them snacks, water and even coloring activities to keep them occupied. Definitely would recommend anyone who is needing money to help with financial stuff to go there!
