The salesperson ... Who is not the person I was supposed to see that day... ask to see my phone and put a bogus rating on Google so here I am having to fix my rating. And she did not let me know what she was doing when she asked to see my phone on the Google site. I think it is unprofessional to rate your company as somebody else without their permission or knowledge of it. I was called on the phone and told to come in that they will explain everything when I get there and then I was denied when I got there. After spending two hours there. They should be more upfront and let people know what to expect.
