John was so helpful and understanding. He explained every step in the process and ensured that I understood everything before signing the documents. He even put the process on hold for me because I had inadvertently left my phone at home and needed it to complete the reference information. He made me feel like I was important and valued even before I was approved for a loan. That level of customer service is hard to come by these days and it was really wonderful to be treated so well.
