Brittany was amazing. She was calm and patient with me. After I was approved and had my card in hand, I left but came back twice because I couldn't get the card to work. I had to change the pin, which I never set when I activated the card. She was very patient when explaining how to use the TitleMax app.

I always choose Title Max because they have excellent customer service and Brittany was awesome!! The whole staff was great and displayed great team work.

The ladies are great to deal with, no issues with Titlemax. During the term of the loan I have never had an issue with them, if you’re going to be a few days late on your payment just call them and let them know. I am a long term customer and have never had an issue and I have dealt with this location and the Stage Rd location for years. As long as you pay on time and COMMUNICATE if there is an issue, you will have no problems!

The ladies are great when you get the loan, but after that it's downhill. Do not get behind on your payments. It will be towed without notice. Those ladies that I mentioned, will act as you owe them something. Just don't do it. No one is going to help, even when they're kind.

Thought my experience was great. But its not so great when your personal loan situation is reviewed by all other co-workers & they call you mentioning it to you. The person who done my loan is the only person suppose to know anything. That's totally wrong how they did me.
