Was mislead about how my payments were going to be handled and not told i was going to have to refinance every month. When i had problems with the app i was told i would be called back twice over a 6 hour period by a woman named sandy and ended up having to go to another store to completely restart the process because they were so dismissive in offering assistance.

Want helped me and she was THE BEST. She explained everything step by step and walked me through the process. Even though there was a delay with my approvals hu e was very reassuring and professional. This is my first time and I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a title loan. GREAT LOCATION!!! If I ever need to get a title loan/personal loan I always come here to Mrs.Gayle, she is wonderful all the way around. I have been coming to this location if times get hard for about 4 or 5 years now and Mrs. Gayle is always the same up beat vibrant manager she always is. She will help you to the best of her abilities and try to get you what your asking for on your loan. She is patient with you and will talk to you till you get a understanding on things. This is my one and only location, I drive 30 minutes and past maybe 10 title max just to get to her location. She is a fabulous manager and friend and I plan to always keep in touch with her.
