When I went into the Andalusia location Ms Bonnie Lee was the CSR this particular day she was the only worker there at the time she was bogged with about 4 customers working from two kiosks servicing 2 customers at once all while maintaining a very professional and positive attitude she was great. A big asset to the Title Max company. She was great 😘

An absolute trash place. 1000% scam. There main focus is to try their best to make it impossible for you to pay money back and add a substantial amount of fees to your loan so you just can't catch up. Miss a payment and good luck on catching up. 5k turned to 8k in super fast and they could care less about trying to help you. They just tell you to pay full balance and that's only option. Even with all covid things that happening around the world they don't care to help you or try and work with you at all. Maybe a place to get 100 if your in a pinch but other than that they are going to scam you in anyway they possibly can. Take your business somewhere else I promise you do not want to do business with this company 1000%

I have had an open account for 3 years back and forth with 2 vehicles. As a single mother of 6, I am going to be in debt for a while. But they are always very patient and understanding with me. I love, that when the account is paid down and u are in a bind, how easy it is to come and borrow back against it. On top of all that , the employees there are amazing. They have got a wonderful break manager.
