I paid my loan online a day earlier. 2 days later I received a call saying my account is past due. Said I didn't esign the documents. There was no option to check for esign documents. Now I'm having to pay late fee because of your app. This very unprofessional and unfair to the customers. Please fix the bugs.. 😞😞😞
