Gotta go see these two . They are amazing willing to help. My absolute favorite!!!! Used them 3 times and got my title back every time. If your in a bind they will gladly help and work with you. If there is a way they will pay. Jeffrey and Jay the best and not like the rest.

Jay and Jeff offer wonderful customer service and always remember me and my family when I come in. I never feel like just a number when coming into the store. Also, as someone with young children usually in tow the store has some very neat toys that always hold their attention while I finish business. This mama approves and appreciates all the attention to detail at title max!

My mom used them for years and they have always been so helpful and treat everyone like family! :)

Nice children's area.. As well as refreshments for them to enjoy while we waited. Jay Thornton, GM of this location, was very welcoming to our family. Very honest and upfront woth all information. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing some financial help.

We went in and needed cash for a financial need. We felt welcomed from the time we walked in the door. Everything was awesome. We didn't feel judged and Jay was very nice and professional. He handled everything like a champ. If you need cash go to Titlemax in Hartselke, AL.

I had an issue with my bank/direct deposit n my payment was/is due n Jay at the Hartselle, Al store is AWESOME in understanding and working with me while I am working to resolve my issue. Jay and Jeffrey are amazing. Always willing to help their customers. Very polite and down to earth guys. Willing to help any way they can. I would recommend you come on down get you a loan with them .. I have and will again if I need to. Jay even helped me clear up a issue with my card that had nothing to do with the loan its self. To me that shows they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.. job well done guys.. 😃👌

Jeffrey was great, and very efficient. We got there around 4:30, Jeffrey offered us a seat and something to drink walked us through the application, took the pictures, explained how to download the app and had us out the door with check in hand before the bank closed at 5. Thanks Jeffrey 😃
