Christian is AMAZING, from the point of initial contact when I reached out with questions I could hear his smile through the phone and that is important! He explained the entire process and explained to me why TITLE Max is better than any other title loan company. You feel comfortable doing business here, If I ever need further assistance I will be going back to this location. I have never met anyone the positive energy, the smiles on the faces when you walk in. I was taken care of each and every time with the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST customer service skill, customer service attitude. If I ever need further assistance I will come back to this store. Im usually a pretty good judge of character but i completely under estimated these guys .. I came in today, and they gave me a warm welcome made things really quick and easy, I had a lot of questions they explained everything simple. The process was extremely fast the wait is not long it only took me 30-45mins. Thank you to Massiel and Fabiola they will give you great customer service and greets!
