I had a great experience with Title Max. I would definitely recommend people to go get financial help from this particular Title Max. Every employee there was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I dealt with the one person. As I walk out, all the employees had smiles. You don’t see that everywhere. I met Mr. Cortinas and he was making sure I got the service I deserve and believe me I got the best service! Thank you Title Max for the excellent service.

Just visited Title Max and had great experience with Ed Cortinas. He was VERY informative about the way it works and what the best way and quickest way to pay the loan... he was VERYprofessional. He treated us like we meant something and not just another customer

These loans are used to exploit borrowers with poor credit and a crushing need for cash,” It’s a hard decision we have to make as a population to keep afloat and with the pandemic I’m sure they were scooping up a lot of cars. Update: although I had a great experience initially, It has been two years since I have taken the loan out and I get Harassed every month asking me to come back. I paid everything back within 90 days and was grateful for some help during a hardship but this is just crazy. I've asked every caller and managers to stop calling my phone and place of work. I always considered going back if I needed help again but after all this and blocking over 10 different numbers on my personal line, I would never recommend a place like this. This was the first and last time I will be taking out a loan. Great place for some fast cash. Jaclyn was so helpful. This was my first time getting a title loan and she was quick and efficient. I left with more then I needed and when is that ever a bad thing!!!! Thanks again!!!!

This location is the best I have used Titlemax in the past, never had an issue, but this location blows them.out of the water. The GM is very personalable, quick, and compassionate. He helped me when I had a delay in payroll by two weeks. The ladies there I unfortunately have not had the pleasure of working with yet, but are always friendly and working away! Great staff!
