I was scared of getting a loan, never had one before and never thought I would need one. I could of went through my bank to get a loan but only needed it for 2 weeks and didn't want to pay pre- payment penalties. I found title max and decided to give them a try, TODAY PAID MY LOAN OFF! Vanessa and Shannon over at the Westminster store were very helpful in explaining the interest rate that occurs daily they were patient and kind and apologized for the misunderstanding that occurred on 6/30/19. With ASM Desirae I explained to Vanessa and Shannon all the details of the occurrence that took place in the Huntington Beach store they apologized for Desiree‘s behavior in the way she treated me as a customer I explain to them I would not be going back to the Huntington Beach store and would never take out another title loan as long as there’s a raise still employed with the company Desiree said she spoke with her District manager Nicole Baxter and while I was sitting at the desk she walked in the back acting like she was speaking with the district manager when in fact she did not make that call to the district manager she was very rude and not understanding could not explain the systems To me when I arrive to TitleMax West minister I was met by Shannon and Vanessa and they were able to explain in details to me step-by-step they were also able to get my loan funded and take care of the business that Desiree neglected to do for me I give this title max in Westminster a 10 star for their friendliness customer service and understanding and patience I recommend other customers go to the Westminster title loan to receive the same customer service I recommend avoiding Huntington Beach as long as Desiree is still in that branch
