She was in the process of training Mr. Pablo which I believe was very patient and i tell you Pablo was great! He was nerves but Ashley walked him through every step! The staff here is excellent. I only had some questions about the line of credit that they offer and they were so helpful. I look forward to doing business with them because they actually took the time to listen to my situation and helped me pick which option worked best for me. Both the lady and young man looked happy and it made me feel much more comfortable about having to possibly get a loan seeing as I have never had one before. It can be kind of scary but they certainly made it easier. Highly recommend vs the other places I went to ask questions.

These people are loan sharks! Please ask them how much of your payment goes towards the principal have the explain it so that you understand it of 215.00 $35 went towards the principal and that the first payment is reduced 2nd payment will be much higher WORST mistake I’ve ever made getting a loan here! DONT make the same mistake!

Adam Duncan at this Titlemax went above and beyond to aid me, and explain in full details what I didn't understand. They have worked with me and my limited income to provide better service than any loan company I have ever went through. Other places would've just taken my vehicle, but these people went out of their way to make sure I didn't lose mine. IF YOU EVER FIND YOURSELF IN A BIND NEEDING A TITLE LOAN, I WOULD DEFINITELY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT, BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Great customer service, and a caring and hospitable staff. My statement is incorrect every month. This month it was $186.40 over. They are extortionist. Very nice until you sign on the bottom line. I pay $250 per month but my balance goes up instead of down. Getting ready to contact Better Business Bureau.
