First I looked up title loans and who had the best reviews. I called TitleBucks because it had five stars so I called and spoke with Kim. I came down and Kim was very kind, friendly, and explained everything in detail and very simple so I could understand payments, finance charges and fees. I am so pleased I came to TitleBucks. I have never been to a title loan and very new to it. Kim was excellent and I give her 5 stars!! I don’t know where you could beat such friendly staff. Thank you for working with me.

The manager was working alone when I went in to increase my loan. She was wonderful at handling so many different people and situations at one time. I have always been please with all of my visits to TitleBucks. I think the new manager, Toni, is wonderful! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the interest rate. They are not the most expensive by any means, but also aren't the cheapest. However, I continue my loan with TitleBucks because of the manager, Toni, and other friendly staff I've met along the way. Plus, their location is very convenient for me.
