Very efficient and quick easy process. And I got what I needed not too much not too little... Fingers crossed Lord hoping all will complete easily. However BEDT part of this store and best associate I've experienced yet at a place like this was the wonderful associate Maria!! Maria really did a superb job breaking everything down and explaining the payment breakdown better than I've ever seen before. She was truly wonderful polite efficient and specific and I believe with truly the best interest of the customer at heart. Which I think that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEN... Please go in to title bucks and see Victoria. These places can be awful to visit but the bubbly, outgoing Victoria was the best! She made the whole process a breeze and was easy to talk to and enjoys helping people. She even got me more money than I thought I would get! This place has been my go to location for a couple of years now when I am in need of a temporary financial assistance. Erica the manager runs this location fabulously and she a great manager to her employees in which I have witness on many occasions. You can see this is an family environment and her employees have said they love working for her the best boss! All her employees are friendly and make getting a loan such an easy process. I definitely recommend this location if you in bind and need a temporary loan. They are fast and efficient and always attentive in providing excellent customer service.

Victoria was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. In fact, it is as if she was made to do this job. She really is very good at what she does. If you are desperate and need cash, and can’t or don’t want to deal with a bank or credit union, I highly recommend TitleBucks. I went to the location at 43rd Ave & Cactus, by El Pollo Loco in the shopping center at the NW corner. I was approved for much more $ than I needed, and with their app that Victoria set up for me, I could request more $ thru it, if needed. Well, I ended up having to do that a few days later and it only took me 2-3 minutes. I did it all on my phone thru their app and didn’t even have to talk to anyone. As soon as I was done I went into my Universe Silver account (also in their app) to check my balance, and BAM the extra money was already there. So that was very convenient. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future if I ever need another title loan. Thanks Victoria and TitleBucks!

Victoria is AMAZING at her job! It was nearly closing time Christmas Eve, I called a few places, and felt embarrassed and much negativity from different agents and loan businesses I reached out to. I was about to call it quits after one last call, when I spoke to Victoria over the phone, (wowzer...oh my) she was inviting, spoke with care, treating me as a "person" and not some opportunity to get a sale or bonus on my loan. My children were tired and cranky, but Victoria was patient and respectful. Victoria stayed as late as I needed her (after closing time) to help me. Victoria educated me on how to work the app, and even went over each step so I was all set with a simple tap of my fingerprint to log me in, the app - any time going forward. With permission from me first, Victoria offered my children a choice of a few candies, which was sure to get a smile going, ... BUT the blissfully sweet treat was truly in their innocence - my little ones, All three, expressing gratitude, thanks and appreciation towards the help we had received from Victoria. - because of her selfless act in kindness, staying past closing time, respectful in our hour of need, and of course Title Max's & Title Bucks help, my family had a warm home, happily together on our Holiday.
