My very first title loan experience was an success thanks to TITLE BUCK$. I called yesterday and spoke with a very nice lady she said she was the GM of the store, I was very nervous and didn't go in yesterday; But today I did go . When I arrived I was greeted and felt very welcomed when I entered the building it was very clean and organized . I was helped and assisted by the same women I'd spoken with over the phone her name was Tonja Williams . She made me feel really confterable she spoke and showed me the process at an understanding level . She was assisted by a lady name Bra'Shell she was very nice as well. I recommand anyone who's in a bind to go to this place . The process took a little time due to the weather the system went down my info got rejected but Tonja stayed positive and patient and went the extra mile as to start over the appalication as well as the computer software. which kept me patient and made me feel that everything will be okay and as a customer that made me feel great . Wow.....not enough words to express how fantastic my visit to Titlebucks on Fairview Ave. was today. I was greeted by Ms.Tonja the general manager so warmly....she treated me like family as well as each person that walked in the door...her rapport with each customer and the fact that she was a one woman show answering calls, helping me with my title loan, taking payments, and doing it all flawlessly....she made doing business a true pleasure. I would absolutely encourage anyone to go see Ms. Tonja, and walk out a happy and satisfied customer!!!
