Rachel who says she was the manager was very nasty and rude to me she gave me incorrect information about obtaining a title loan.I felt like I was discriminated against she needs to learn how to do her job and treat people fairly and correctly I went down the road to another location same company and got a title loan with no problem. If she treated me wrongly and gave me the incorrect information and discriminated against me she has probably done it to plenty of people. Never go here! If I could’ve gave a zero I would’ve. I asked for the regional manager and she would not give me any information or leave a message I had to call another location to get answers and correct information. This location is in serious need of professional people who are friendly, knowledgeable, and have common sense. I repeat use another location never go here. I’m glad I didn’t give up the location in Garden City that I went to was fast professional friendly and I got my title loan no thanks to Rachel or her nasty attitude and unprofessionalism or incorrect information.

My experience was very welcoming. The staff were very detailed and professional. Tiffany greeted us with excellent customer service and her and Valencia literally went an extra step to help my situation. We laughed and joked and it wasnt any awkwardness while waiting on an response on my application, those ladies are great problem solvers. I would recommend Tiffany and Valencia ( I apologize if im not spelling her name right) to anybody. Great energy and all.

The service was super fast and professional and that's what I appreciated. Definitely was hesitant to do this, but Ashley was super helpful with making me feel comfortable with my decision.
