Title Parners has closed multiple transactions for my wife and I. We recently moved from metro-Detroit up near Tawas and Title Partners was very helpful to coordinate transfer of funds with the northern title company. It went smooth because they went the extra mile to help! We recommended them to our daughter and they sent a closer all the way up to Cadillac for her closing.

I refinanced my mortgage and Title Partners was the title company that my mortgage company used. The closing went fine, they came to my house, went through all the documents with me and it went good. A few months pass and I receive a city tax bill and a homeowners insurance bill. These were to be paid at closing. It turns out Title Partners made a mistake, and a portion of the money I received back from my refinance was suppose to be sent to my homeowners insurance by the title company, and was not. When I called, the representative said, “We weren’t told to pay any homeowners insurance.” even though it’s clearly included on my closing disclosure. So now I have to come up with the money to pay for my homeowners insurance because of their mistake. So beware of mistakes like this if you are using them for your refinance or home purchase.

Title Partners is thorough for every deal! I wouldn't choose another team to be part of my Real Estate transactions. Susan Shepard is a full service closer who is on task and focused on all clients and deals. They are an extension of my Real Estate family, with hundreds of transactions under our belt together!
