Answering service transfers me to a voicemail. I called back and she said, we're not an answering service. It's another store. So, I said I guess they're not in. She replied "Gloria" ? Oh well, she's probably busy. Then she said drive down there. I replied "why" it sounds as if there's nobody there. She said maybe, maybe not. I said I'll call another place then. Operator replied okay good luck. I would suggest not wasting your time here my friends. Communication is below par.

I’ve tried a few other title loan places in the past, and none of them have been as attentive as Title loans 365. They listened to all of my questions (there were a lot) and answered each and every one very patiently. They were very friendly and informative and gave me all the information I needed.
