Title Cash manager at this location in Childersburg Alabama 35044 does not hold her promises. She rude and shes a liar. She will admitt that arrangements was made but will say shes not fullfilling the arrangements at the last minute. She will call your phone everyday harassing clients. This manager is rude and prejudice. She also called me when I left a message with corporate AFTER I had just ended a call with her. Her calling and questioning me about my call to the corporate office is just downright unprofessional! She should be fired!

Great people to work with, ask for Paula I promise she will move heaven and earth to help you.

This is the most unprofessional and rude business. They do not support their employees and NEVER actually help their customers. They give out empty promises they never hold. Do yourself a favor and go to US Title Loans in Alabaster, AL if you want kind people who will move mountains to help you.

I love childersburg office both lankin and paula. They are wonderful and they truly help if you need it. I strongly suggest either one of these girls if you ever have and emergency come up and you need help paying a bill or an unexpected expense and dont trust or want to use other loan offices.
