Took out two loans one for 500.00. Paid in full. Took a 1000.00 loan set to pay over 3 pay periods. They took all of it in one payment without my authorization, overdrew my account by several hundred and then said it was my fault. They are thieves and liars.

My wife called them ahead of time letting them know our situation so when I arrived, the loan officer had everything ready. I'm disabled and it's difficult to sit in those hard plastic chairs. It took less then 30 minutes and I was on my way to my bank. This was the easiest and fastest title/payday loan I've experienced in all the years of using services like this and the person who helped me was kind, considerate, compassionate and understanding to our situation.
