Title Cash S Park Ave, Herrin

I've had multiple title loans at the location. Never had a problem before. I was previously contacted by the store manager concerning a payment due on the 1st. I asked that the payment be pushed 2 weeks. Yet the store manager insisted on towing my vehicle. She was very rude and proceeded to argue with a repeat customer. After this loan is done I will no longer visit this location again.

Very rude reviews payment I was a repeated customer there they refused payment to pay out the loan couldn't find my title got rid of my car and very rude and disrespectful cursing and everything if you're smart do not do alone there they will take your car and will not let you pay it out in full

The ladys that work here are awesome.......simple process......they even got me a better intrest rate........paid my title off today......was in and out in under 20 mins....

Miss Cassie helped us alot, she made the title loan process simple and fast paced. She did what she could to get me in and out as quickly as possible and showed me the utmost amount of respect and hospitality and made sure our visit was nothing shy of perfect. 5/5 Would definitely recommend my friends and family to use their services

Manager failed to do her job. My car was reported stolen by them and after I paid for it to get my plates they failed to drop the report. Actually ended up arrested due to this.
