I worked with Garrett to inquire on refinancing my home. This process moved very fast, in a good way. Along the way when I did have questions pertaining to my loan information Garrett was able to provide a full explanation that was easy to understand in a prompt time frame. Alongside of him I did have the pleasure of working with his assistant Katie who was also very quick to get all of the processes going with minimal down time. When I call this company for a possible refinancing the person who answered was Bryan Leyva. He was very professional, nice and very helpful. There was no negativity in his answer to my problem like a lien on my property. He would alway say let me talk to my manager when there was any doubt of my chance to get a loan. He was very respectful and friendly. He is a very positive person. I was so happy that he was the one who answered the phone. The reason is I have called so many company to refinance, once I tell them I have a lien on my house right away they would say oh sorry we don’t deal with problem like that or you won’t qualify. Bryan was very patient with me teaching me how to use my computer to do e-sign, teaching me how to send document to him through email. Not to be trusted. These people asked me for all kinds of access to my mortgage document with big promises that they never delivered on. I think that their method is to keep asking for more and more until you're exhausted hoping that you will give up. Trust your instinct if they ask you for a second document or approval, turn your back and flew from them. Or you will be wasting your time.

Got a flyer in the mail. Called them. Guy on the other end was nice. We started the process to see what they could offer. Gave them all needed data points. Share the credit score to just get rates and shared that I had been in touch with others who had provided info on this. Even had a call come in and asked him to hold and he did. Great guy. He wanted to do a pull on my credit after I shared with him my score and asked him what they could do. He then went into the sales speak and I asked him not to do that and he then (am pretty positive there was someone in his ear at this point) changed from being polite and joking with me to flatly telling me that if I did not accept the hard pull then this call was over and hung up on me. I gave them two stars because the guy I spoke with was nice right up until this point when all of a sudden he turned and hung up. No chance to discuss, no chance to do anything. So, needless to say, not getting a holiday card from me and not a company that I would entrust my refi with at all. Am glad others have better experiences but if shopping and not wanting credit score pulled this company is not for you and they will hang up on you!

We experienced some frustration trying to refinance with a nationally advertised lender. I will refrain from naming them here but, suffice to say, if you watch TV you've been exposed to their advertising. The terms were not attractive and my wife and I decided it was not in our best interest to refinance at all. Then, out of curiosity, we decided to call Entrust Funding. At Entrust, Sheldon Potesak quizzed us about our needs and came up with a creative refinancing solution that fit our situation perfectly. Before we knew it we had an attractive refinancing proposal in front of us. Sheldon personally guided us through each step of the process and made everything easy. We received a letter from this company entrust funding regarding their 2.25 apr offer on Tuesday night 1-25-22. We called the company and we spoke with Robert Vasquez on the same night. We told him what we want to lower our apr from 3.63 to 2.25 if possible. He took our information ran our credit report and told us if we’re qualified for that offer. He put us in hold for a while and then his computer not working properly and he will called us back tomorrow morning on Wednesday. We waited all day and we haven’t heard anything from him . Thursday afternoon I called back and left a message, finally he called back and telling me that he can’t give us the rate that their offer because the federal rates is too high unless we have to pay $80k for points. I ask him when this rate went up? He told me since last week the rate is higher and were in good position of our rate is low. So my concern is why he ran our credit took our personal information and if he already knew that my APR is already low and he knew that Federal rates are high. How can I trust this company if in the first place he already lied to us and not to sell my information to other companies.
