I have been to this branch maybe 2 or 3 times in the 9AM-12NOON time-of-day, went to the ATM on the east side of the building, message/sign on machine mentioned that the machine was not working. I know now how to have expectancy toward this happening yet again.

I've been account holder with TFCU for nearly 7 years but never utilized them for loan purposes. Sarah, the business development rep, told us to check into their loan rates.Today we refinanced my vehicle for an incredible rate. We had a great experience with Heather despite all the crazy with Covid19. I will use them for all loans going forward!

People are great inside but the drive through is extremely slow. I’ve been waiting for 12 min and still nothing. Poor customer service.

Had an wonder experience refinancing not 1 vehicle, but 2 with Erika Garcia at Tinker on SW 134th street and I44. She completely went above and beyond to make sure my payments, and percentage rate for my loan was as low as I could possibly get. I've been a member since 1997 and have only had one complaint. Something I'm glad to see them working on is the addition of new locations. Kind of bad when there was only two locations relatively close.
