She has a professional warm personality which I felt relaxed our time without feeling pressured at any time. She was great in explaining all the documents and process thereafter. Exremely unprofessional company. Took many months to close a refinance. Information on documents was constantly wrong, the needed changes had to be requested many times and in some cases were still wrong. It is impossible to get a hold of them. They don't return calls, they don't return emails. They are rude and short with you when you do finally get a hold of them. When the mobile notary arrived to sign the final documents they were largely incorrect and he had to be sent home. The second time he came back half of the documents were blank and he had no idea what was supposed to go where. They did the title paperwork wrong. Overall an extremely amateur performance of a serious and complicated transaction. Avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible company. Had closing at our building for a House we bought my brother 4 years ago. Received documents saying closing date and disputsement date.... same date. A Notory arrived with ALL BLANK documents. No names, no addresses, no address of House absolutely nothing filled out. Then we found out no check either. Called Suzy Tadros the CLOSING SPECIALIST and asked why would we sign without a check. She said this is how we do it. I said why didn’t you tell me that as your paperwork you sent me had same date as closing. Suzy said WHY didn’t you ask me? Huh? She’s the closing specialist. Any bank or mortgage company that uses this title specialist company can’t be any good. Have you ever been to a closing where all the paperwork was blank. No address, no names, nothing. Took over an hour with a notary! I’m sure it’s all wrong and we will be doing again. Unexceptionable

Timios made it very convenient to do the paperwork for our house refinancing. They were able to work around our schedule and come directly to us to take care of all the paperwork.

Our Notary/closer came to our house, which is super convenient. She had the best system and we had our papers signed in no time. She explained everything and answered any questions we had. Even though we had to sing LOTS of papers, it flowed like clock work. Not wasted time. Highly recomment.

This was a quick visit to sign my refinance on my house. I was not really pleased with the representative wearing a different company's uniform since he had just come from his other job. Also, he spent a lot of time on his phone.
