If you’re looking for an experienced debt consolidation company, don’t choose this one. Global Holdings LLC supposedly handles the money deducted each month from your account to settle debts. Initially things were fine but my program ran out with the largest debt still not paid and several thousand dollars sitting in an account. For over a year I have made calls and been given stories of how that rep would be the only one handling my case from now on due to poor mishandling, how they had a rep that deals with this creditor on a regular basis and was in negotiations with them on my behalf, how they would be calling me to make arrangements to give the money in my account to the creditor and I could make arrangements to pay them an additional amount in one lump sum or in installments. A call I never received. Today I learn I am no longer a part of Timberline as they failed to notify me they had cut me out as of May 2nd, two weeks ago. Failed to notify me, yet still have several thousand dollars of mine just sitting in an account with Global Holdings and a creditor that’s never been paid. I’ll be contacting that creditor and make them aware of what this inept / sham of a company has done but I won’t stop there.. This “company” is about to be made very uncomfortable because I would be willing to guess there are many people they need to account for funds.

This Company is absolutely terrible ! I’ve canceled my current account because I recently found out they never paid my creditor and collected 414$ a month directly from my account for 3 years . I completed this program in 2018 and assumed I was Debt free . I was Not and til this day a balance of 10k is on my credit report . They never paid my creditor and told me that it was completed . I’m currently looking to litigation against them . Somehow they can’t find my records of where my money went. Never Again !!

First introduction to company went well. However the promise of getting updated on the status of your settlements is a little unclear. First settlement was done well. But I had to be on top of it. Currently, Still in the program and having issues settling a debt that was $10k. They came to me with a settlement offer more than 10k 3 months after creditors back in April sent me an offer for settling at $4,300 dollars. It is now October and I've been trying to settle for $4,300, which is now $5300, as a one-time payment for 2 weeks now. Still waiting on their approval for the settlement. Not the creditors, not my approval, Timberline approval after they have my voice recorded approving the transaction for that settlement. I am also trying to call them on Monday Oct 18th at 5:30pm eastern and it says the office is closed, their answering machine says open till 8pm! I gave 2 stars because the program could work better if I wasn't worried every week on whether or not my accounts are being worked on. Communication needs to be clearer with this company and they need to follow up on clients more.

I have been enrolled in the program for 3 years. I was told I would have monthly check ins to update me and answer questions regarding my program, which never happened. Any time I have received an update I had to call and ask for it. I am nearing the end of the program and called to inquire about my refund and all settlement documents and was told I would have to call back to check on the status once they have closed my final account. I didn't realize as the customer it was my responsibility to check in and make sure the company I paid to help is doing their job. I do not recommend this program or company to anyone. I strongly encourage you to seek a different solution or company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Run fast from this service. I am following their program. It's been 9 months, 2 accounts settled and one has now been sold to collection for the full amount. The creditor is not recognizing the agreement. Makes me wonder if it was ever legit. I'm getting out of this NOW! Frederick in customer service won't even let me speak. He kept interrupting me and now I've been waiting for a supervisor for 15 minutes. Worst mistake I ever made - bar none - and I've made lots of mistakes in 56 years.

After five months of taking my money this company had not made one connection with any of my creditors. I cancelled my account with them and contacted each creditor myself and made repayment arrangements. Unfortunately, my credit is trashed and any hope we had to get a reverse mortgage will have to wait until my credit score recovers. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Overall program works well as they are able to negotiate much lower payments from your creditors. However, there are fees and payments charges and monthly charges from your account that seem a little high, especially the settlement fees for each account. Every time I sent in an inquiry to them, I received a form response email from them and nothing for days afterward. A more formal personal reply would be better. Had a little hiccup at the end of my program as I paid out early, but overall settlement was in time frame I was told and all accounts were taken care of in a little over 4 years. Good job overall.

This company is totally scam! Every month they took money $600 out my account and they only paid my creditor $17 , what are the rest of money go ? I didn’t know The rep who helped me with the program Her name is Jessica Donawu has not even responded to my txt or email . Every time I got a different rep and they all said different. Some C U next Tuesday cancelled my account 2 months before it was supposed to be paid off. Do not work with this company. I tried to debt consolidate 3 accounts they only ever worked on one and even then they missed that up too.

I have worked with Timberline for the last 4 years and they have been nothing but transparent and honest with me during my agreement. They were able to clear up my debt and work with creditors to close my accounts and get me back on track to a good credit score. I highly recommend Timbelrine.

STOP, don't walk, Run AWAY from this company. They can settle your debt after about a year, then they dont pay it off. Instead Timberline financial drags your credit into the dirt while you make payment to them and they do nothing with your money. Try to cancel, you get half your money back. No invoices, no summary, everything is through a 3rd party. Get ready to hear, "you can call..." or try to find a loan to pay off our settlement. ANYTHING is BETTER. You can do it yourself. Dont pay your debt for few months, save up and settle yourself. Timblerline is out to Take your Money!

My boyfriend has been paying $400 a month to this company to consolidate his debt for the past 6 months and TODAY HE GOT SUED by a credit card company! They’ve completely ruined his credit whereas before his credit was still good we were just struggling with all the debt. RUN! Do NOT trust this scam!

It deserves no stars. Do not waste your time or money with this company. We found out the hard way. Enrolled in their program and was promised they would take care of things. Received a summons from a creditor to go to court and was assured this was normal and they would take care of the matter. Had to take of work twice to go to the court because no attorney showed up on our behalf. Reached a settlement only to have Timberline deny it because supposedly we were not paying in enough to cover it so we agreed to pay in more which was deducted from our checking account only to turn around 3 months 3 to receive garnishments on wages on checking account because they did not pay it. When we called all we got was the run around, one lady had the nerve to say "without the right papers signed this would have been a nightmare if we would have made any payments". We are now filing bankruptcy. We had paid in over $10000 into this program and they had only settled with 3 or 4 of our creditors. If you are reading this learn from our mistake. YOU can negotiate your debt with your creditors and avoid the nightmare Timberline offers!

I've been making payments to Timberline for almost three years now. To date, two cards have been settled (though only one shows on their website, one card is actively being paid off, and three cards remain with no activity to my knowledge. My credit score is suffering as all of my accounts show as charge-offs. I feel like I want to trust Timberline, but their system is so hard to figure out who is getting paid what and where the rest of the money is going, that it is very hard to trust them. I am never able to talk to anybody who can walk me through each of my accounts and ensure me that everything is being taken care of. At this point I am seriously considering cancelling my contract with them and working with creditors directly. I was just on the phone with them for 20 minutes and got nothing resolved before the phone just disconnected. Guarantee nobody will reach out to me to help. Very frustrating.

I keep getting the run around on my account. I have been waiting over 3 months to get one account negotiated. Every time I call they try to get a hold of the negotiator who never answers. They say the negotiator will get back to me but never does. I call again a week later and same scenario over and over again. Tried getting the debt removed from my program and they can’t even figure that out.
