Switched over from being a long time Progressive client. Have been working with Bryce, during the transition of insurances he has been extremely helpful in understanding how everything works and how to be better covered in case of having an accident. I am able to ask questions and get information changed and sent out to the people that need the information extremely quickly. AND I am saving money with better coverage than before, who doesn't love that!? Also Tim personally reached out to ensure everything was going smoothly after switching which really added to the experience, its been a pleasure!

I let Tim quote on our home & auto a couple of years ago because I thought he seemed nice. I did NOT expect that he would save us a bunch of money - and I had really shopped around previously. But now, I appreciate that both Tim and his staff are KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL. They answer all my questions and when they make a recommendation, they explain why and how it benefits us, not them. I am so impressed with the service I get from Tim and his entire team. They go above and beyond to find us savings we qualify for (two young drivers on my policy). Luckily, we've only had one homeowner claim due to hail damage which was quickly addressed and taken care of by the staff. I highly recommend Tim and this office for any insurance need.
