This is a different type of review. Tim and his company are clients of ours. We handle his messaging and website. He has been one of the best clients we've ever worked with. He is quick to respond, polite in his feedback, and truly a pleasant person. If he treats his vendors (us) this way, I know for sure he treats his clients even better. If I lived in Maryland, Tim would be my first pick when I'm buying a new home.

Tim was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had so many of questions regarding different lengths of mortgages and what was the ideal amount of money to put down, etc. Tim ran every number possible for me, making it extremely easy to understand all the different scenarios. I appreciated Tim’s attention to detail and his quick communication. The process was extremely simple and may I mention Tim gifts at closing are so thoughtful. I never heard of closing gifts from the loan people, but I loved them! Thanks Tim for making the process of spending a lot of money, not seem so stressful!

My husband and I worked with Tim on our first home loan at the recommendation of a friend. Tim was awesome throughout the process, and we would highly recommend him. We peppered Tim with questions throughout the process, and he was always quick and informative with his responses, regularly responding outside of standard business hours. Tim was clearly invested in educating us about the investment that we were making—you get the sense he likes doing what he is doing, and appreciates the chance to help others. These are great qualities to have in someone who is ultimately helping us secure a loan. He is good at what he does, and pleasant to work with. Tim also connected us with a real estate agent we appreciated, and we plan to use this team again when it is time to move. 5 stars from us!

Tim was literally the best through my home buying process! He gave great advice to get me where I needed to be with my credit to obtain the best interest rate.
