Tila was great! Our loan officer took care of us! He walked us threw each step! Because of him we are almost debt free and so happy! My husband was thrilled with the process and he is not easily impressed. He loves how we have extra money to fix our walkway and paint our interior. Ryan R. Is a seasoned professional and very easy to get ahold of( he always has his cell on) no waiting around.

From the time I contacted them until I closed was about 2 weeks. Unusual, I know, but Josh was constantly in contact and almost sincerely interested in getting me a loan. Now I know that I also had all the right paperwork and good score to get it closed quickly but still, a stunning finish. I do recommend them to friends, and will use them again for my next house. thanks!!

All in all a good experience this is the 2nd time I worked with TILA they have been great both times. My inquiries were responded to quickly. Every commitment was met as originally stated no surprises along the way. Got a great rate (timing is everything) Ryan Richen did a great job of getting the best possible options for us. My wife and I selected TILA Mortgage to handle our first home loan after meeting with one of their exceptional Brokers, Rick Mangone. Rick made the mortgage experience seamless! This was our first time buying a home, so naturally my wife and I were full of questions and needed an over-abundance of reassurance, hand-holding, and communication. Rick provided immediate answers to every text, email and phone call. He even stuck with us as we dealt with the frustration of seller incompetence on one property. Ultimately, his professionalism and optimistic attitude, along with our fantastic realtor, led us into the first home of our dreams at a low rate, within a 30-day closing time. I cannot recommend TILA Mortgage more highly.

Brian was local and understood our needs! I used to work with mortgage brokers, so I know more than most people about the amount of work he did and his proficiency. Friendly and efficient from our first inquiry, he handled everything. The refi was so much smoother than the purchase! His advice in which option to choose was insightful. When there was an issue with our inspector getting Covid the day before we were scheduled, Brian kept on top of it and lined everything up! While that delay pushed disbursement into a new month, he made sure to communicate about payments and fixed everything.

TILA Mortgage was the 1 out of 6 mortgage companies that I talked too that stood out for me. NO MONEY Out of my pocket. Ryan made the whole process simply and easy plus he was totally understanding of my needs to refinance. Everything happened like clockwork and closed on the date they told me. SUPER AWESOME!!

Overall a good experience. Coming from a Company that I was unhappy with I received quick, personal, efficient service from TILA Mortgage. My only complaint was that in my naivete I thought they would carry my loan for the duration but they transferred it right away. I just hope the new company that I will be doing business with will be a good one.

We had a wonderful experience with TILA! I called to inquire if refinancing would be good for us and talked to Peter Vanderwerff. He was knowledgeable, helpful and made the process seamless. We also worked a lot with Nazra Knutsen and I so appreciated the quick responses if I had any questions! It was seriously so easy we are so happy we went with TILA give them a call if your looking!

Josh and TILA did an amazing job on my refinance. I highly recommend him. I had a few unique things come up in the process. My original lender transferred my loan in the middle of the process, old info on credit report etc. Each challenge was met head on and taken care of. Josh helped me take care of any challenges we faced & everything was fixed/taken care of right away. Even with a few challenges the entire refi was done in about 3 weeks from credit application to close. Josh always responded to questions via email & answered calls, even nights & weekends. Amazing experience from start to finish!

I had a great experience with my refi through TILA Mortgage. The agent Ryan walked me through different options to receive the lowest guaranteed rate on our home. I don't think rates can go much lower than they are these days but I would use TILA Mortgage if we needed to do it again.

Ryan at TILA Mortgage was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and easy to reach. I refinanced 4 properties simultaneously with Ryan and can honestly say it went smoother than any single refinance I’ve done.

I trust that TILA mortgage will get me the best interest rate possible. That"s why this is the second time I have worked with them at getting a better interest rate. I have to be honest and say that once they get that interest rate locked in for you and you have to get all the paperwork needed in a short amount of time, it can be a little frustrating, but I worked with Dan and Nazra and they did their best to make it flow as easily as possible. The first time I went with TILA Mortgage I went from a 5% interest rate to 3.75%. I had a "Good" credit score but I also had student loans and a credit card I owed on. So I was impressed that I was able to get 3.75%. This last time I still have a "good" credit score, was able to pay off the credit cards, but still have the student loans...ugh!....and I now have 2.6% interest rate! I am very thankful for this and really appreciate Dan and Nazra's hard work at getting the best rate possible. I highly recommend TILA!

Using TILA Mortgage was a great experience . From the first contact all the way through the Refinance process they continued to keep me posted on progress. All the forms were sent to me securely with easy directions on what was needed from me and give me time to completely understand them. My Refi was quick and stress free.
