Representative was helpful up until she called me back with my status. She stated I was not approved for a personal loan, because I did not have a credit score. Which is fine! Even though I wasn't approved I began to thank Ms. Kimberly for her help and time, before I could even say thank you SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! That spoiled my whole experience! Rudeness is not always hidden in the shadows.
