We were not sure how the home buying process would go during the COVID pandemic. My research recommended a pre-approval from about 3 lenders to compare. Mark was the most helpful out of the 3 local lenders that I applied for a mortgage pre-approval. He was very responsive right from the start! On my first call, he gave us a very competitive rate. The other lenders I inquired with had to get back to me at a later time but also gave us a higher rate. Mark's closing fees were also lower than the other lenders' fees. Final closing amounts were also very close to his estimates which was a big relief for us. No surprises! He guided us throughout the process.
