Tidemark Federal Credit Union Bridgeville Hwy, Seaford

Dear Tidemark FCU; I wish that your "fraud department" had done their job correctly and actually investigated this fraudulent company, but you did not and then you reversed my temporary chargeback. As I have stated before several times, I was illegally REDIRECTED from a legitimate website, CATO Fashions, and I thought I was purchasing items from CATO and NOT "Western Tags". I have never heard of this shady so-called "company". They evidently stole some info and images from CATO and other websites, created their own website and a fake Facebook page, posted false positive reviews that cannot be verified, and scam people out of their hard earned money. I was charged $114.16 for junk that came in an unmarked package from overseas, return address nonexistent (PO Box invalid), no packing slip, no tags on any of the junky clothes, no notification that the package was delivered nearly a month after the order, and no point of contact to try to initiate a return. The clothes were NOT CATO fashions, looked like something out of a Dollar Tree, were of various sizes, some damaged and sewn together incorrectly so that they couldn't even be tried on. I have been trying with no luck to get ANYONE to respond to my emails, and there is no customer service phone number. They say that they accept returns with a 15 day period, but how could anyone do that when it takes a month to receive the merchandise? These awful "clothes" were supposed to be a Christmas present.

This is the worse bank ever! I do not recommend this to anyone. I went out to buy new furniture which cost over 3000 had over 10k in my acct and my transaction was denied. Called back and said my card can’t be used for more than 2500.00.. it’s always being denied for what they think is fraud and it not then you have to wait til the bank opens to get it activated again. They are not very friendly when you have a problem.. agents that answe the phone are terrible 😞 can’t never fix the problem..

Unethical & deceptive business practices. The one Seaford branch manager lied right to my husband’s and my face with their own document of incorrect nsf fees. This why people don’t trust banks. We chose to give them our debit cards and checkbook back. Giving them a “little responsibility” to try to establish trust with them was prudence well planned because we would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone else. They are not worth it at all. It’s a shame that when trying to get business, they screw it up for themselves from the start.

Changing my review from a 1 Star to 5 Star. They have been exceptionally better since my 1 Star rating over a year ago. Thanks for stepping your game up guys! You Rock!

Karen in the mortgage department asked me many questions including my employment history BEFORE pulling my credit. Then she asked for permission to pull the report, called me back and said I wasn't approved because I haven't worked for the same company for the last 2 years. This she knew before adding an inquiry to my report which drops your score. Thanks for being dishonest. Maybe it's similar to retail stores where the employees get incentives to get people to apply rather they are approved or not. That's wrong.

The Seaford branch is awesome! I would definitely recommend banking with Tidemark. They are up to date on technology, and if you need assistant with their machines, they are always there to help you! I have nothing bad to say about Tidemark!

Edit 1/20/22---this branch has made an overwhelmingly positive comeback and I have not had any issues for quite some time. I'm very happy to see the improvement of the machines and I really appreciate the reliability this place now offers. From 1 to 5 stars instantly.

This bank is such a small bank and have a negative work for small business. I have couple bank estimate loan bank for PPP. And have a some positive bank. But not this bank. Mine is just open for a couple months before this disaster. And the guy from NY called me and said I’m not eligible just because I just open a business. But the policy doesn’t say anything for business just open before the disaster. So my asking is the CEO needed to work this guy and promote another guy. If you let this working for you. You will loose some more business. Thanks

This place is a joke. They will ruin your credit. I opened account here unknowingly while buying a camper from Delmar RV which is another story on its own. Since then they have been impossible to deal with and I have been 9 months trying to get them to auto draft from my other account. They say it's ok now but my credit is now screwed and they say there is nothing they can do about it and I haven't been able to talk to a manager yet. This is a bad business. I've been dealing with them for a year now so this reweiw is from experience. I'm probably going to seek legal help to get this right. All they have to do is own up to their mistake.

Would give negative stars if I could. Customer service /ease of use at this bank is a total joke. Trying to find out simple information outside of their small window of business hours is impossible. Please come join us all in the 21st century.
